In running a home business, you need the right equipment, good discipline, and a good attitude. Let's talk about the attitude.
There are so many products, and techniques, and CD's on the market to help improve your attitude. Personally I love the classics, "Think and Grow Rich", "The Greatest Salesman in the World", Success through a Positive Mental Attitude", etc. I could go on. The bottom line here is how you improve your attitude. You can read about it, listen to CD's about it, and visit seminars about it.
Does that really get you anywhere? You have to practice having a good attitude. Look in the mirror and smile. Take a deep breath, think. And ask yourself one very important question. Is what I'm about to do, think, say going to hurt me or help me? A negative attitude can reflect in thought word and deed.
Get a day planner, and schedule some time each day for meditation, exercise, and reading or listening to positive uplifting material. If you are feeling down, talk to someone, a friend perhaps. Don't pay too much attention to the evening news. Spend that time with family or friends. We need to teach our kids and siblings how to stay positive also.
Keep your chin up, smile, take a deep breath.
